Join Lo for this 60-minute core workshop. Develop personal strategies for core activation and engagement, learn when and how to use those, and work on your balance, strength, stability, and stamina through your core.

Do you want to do yoga but don’t know how to start? Do you feel “bad at yoga” because you don’t always know what your teacher is asking of you?
Join Lo for “Yoga 101” a 3-hour workshop diving into the asana, or poses, and flows of yoga. Bring your questions, your pose problems, and your curiosity. This workshop includes tips and explanations of common cues and phrases, a deep dive into the sun salutation, a common flow in yoga, as well as a 45 minute yoga class followed by q&a.
Bring your own yoga mat and props if you have them, or borrow from us!
